Event Personnel are people who organise and run large events such as conferences and, as such, my brother need to make sure the right standard of
Event Personnel for the calibre of each particular job. He recently had to staff an enormous conference in London and it really did exhaust him both mentally and physically. He worked every day until late in the evening and, because the event was in London he also had to stay away from home for the entire duration of the conference as it was way too far to travel each day. My sister in law also found it really difficult as they have two small children who she had to look after single-handedly. However, after the event. Even though he was totally exhausted, he was extremely pleased by how the event went. Indeed, his bosses were also extremely pleased with his performance and gave him a pay rise so it has obviously been really good for his career.
